Description
Greenish brown plants with thick
stipes, strong holdfasts and a cluster of fronds that emanate from the top
of the stipe and give these plants the appearance of small palm trees about
50 cm. high. |
Habitat
Grows in the intertidal zone of
exposed rocky shores on the west coast of North America. |
